who are the green team?

Encounter Youth empowers and equips over 500 volunteers of all ages to successfully manage the annual Schoolies Festival. Encounter Youth volunteers, The Green Team, manage all aspects of the Schoolies Festival from logistics to bookings, band management to bins, road blocks to pancake stalls. If you have a particular gift or skill we can give you a job to match.

Green Team models how to celebrate and party clean and healthy to ‘Schoolies’ each year. Green Team members receive engaging training from the experienced Encounter Youth team.
